Are you available evenings and weekends?
Yes — we're reachable from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
How quickly can you come out?
For most requests we're there same-day across Manhattan and the nearest parts of Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx, and next-day for the rest of the metro and Long Island. Remote fixes are often the same day you call.
